We ship from Spain. This page explains our shipping, returns, and refunds for online purchases in line with Spanish and EU consumer rules.
Shipping
We ship to Spain and EU destinations. International availability is shown at checkout where applicable.
Orders are prepared in small batches. Processing and dispatch information is shown at checkout and confirmed by email.
Delivery is handled via Correos. After dispatch, delivery usually takes between 4 and 7 days. Delivery may take longer for remote areas or during peak periods.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Right of withdrawal for online purchases
For most online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days and include your order number and the items you wish to return.
After you notify us, you must send the goods back within 14 calendar days.
Return conditions
Returned items should be unused and in their original condition where possible.
Return shipping costs
Unless we state otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. If the customer was not informed of this obligation before purchase, the seller may have to cover the return cost.
Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will refund payments received for the returned goods, including the standard outbound delivery cost.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of the least expensive standard option we offered.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless agreed otherwise. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may wait until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, and sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
For practical reasons, this usually means that opened or used items may not be eligible for withdrawal.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange the appropriate solution in line with your statutory rights.
